Happy 1 month old baby girl.
Sophia, you are the sweetest baby. You are so calm and mild-mannered. I have been saying all week how much of an easy baby you are, and I hope you stay that way (ok, I'm selfish). You are a champion nurser and nurse so patiently. You are growing like a weed. I will weigh you today, but I would guess you are over 8 lbs. now. That's a huge weight gain considering you weighed 5 lbs. 11 oz. just 3.5 weeks ago!!
I am so happy we have you in our lives, and can't believe my maternity leave is half-way over. I will miss you terribly when I go back to work.
I love you sweet girl!Comments:Add a comment:

CUTE STORY ALERT!
Bella is REALLY into bugs, snakes & reptiles right now. Grandma even got her a big pack of plastic bugs and snakes for Halloween. She loves to label all of them (lady bugs, spiders, snakes, frogs, grasshoppers, squitos, and ants).
This morning, Evan has a slight cough and keeps saying, "Mommy, I have a frog in my throat."
Bella walked over to him and said, "Open your mouth, I want to see!"
Evan looked are her (confused) and said, "No Bella."
Bella persisted, "Open your mouth, Evan. I want to see the frog!"
I just thought it was the cutest thing ever, especially because Bella has absolutely no idea what that saying means. :)Comments:Add a comment:
